Dr. Sujani Thrikawala is the Principal Academic Staff Member of Centre for Business and Enterprise (CBE), Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec | Te Pukenga), New Zealand. Her research interests lie in corporate governance in emerging countries, corporate social responsibility Reporting, bribery and corruption, small business management, and financial disclosures. Dr. Sujani Thrikawala has more than 15 International journal publications and more than 10 conference papers. Notably, her expertise shines through as she occupies the sixth most cited New Zealand author in the "Firm; Bribes; Anti-corruption Measures" category on Elsevier SciVal. Beyond her research and publications, Dr. Thrikawala is an active participant in academic groups and organizations related to her fields of expertise and played roles in them include CAANZ and CPA Australia Liaison at the centre, represent the Wintec Ethics committee, internal and external moderator of various accounting and finance papers, etc. Moreover, she has mentored and supervised numerous postgraduate students, guiding them towards academic excellence. She also serves as Ad hoc reviewer for 9 journals. She had been awarded for many times for her outstanding contributions.
