Dr. Brandon Randolph-Seng is currently the full professor of Management at Texas A&M University-Commerce. He is also serving as the Editor-in-Chief of Management Decision, a leading business science journal with the distinction of being the oldest and longest-running scholarly publication focused specifically on the area of management. Professor Brandon's  current research primarily examines the social, ethical, and cognitive factors in leadership, entrepreneurship and teams. Professor Brandon has rich experience in teaching and consulting. He has 96 publications and conference presentations in the past two decades. He had been awarded for many times for his outstanding contributions.
